Your Baby Can Learn Math!
"At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight."
Matthew 11:25-26
Resources for Teaching Quantity
Dot Cards (Back Side) Use this document to print the back side of your cards. Has written numerals in all four corners and large, rotated numerals in the middle.
Dot cards 1-100 (Red) Print your own quantity cards in the prefered color - red. Red is the most attractive to the baby (and adults) and will draw his attention all the more.
Dots PowerPoint presentation A PowerPoint presentation for learning math via the computer. Time and money-saving, great for keeping an active baby's attention. Should be only shown five to ten slides at a time. Slides should be mixed up after each viewing to avoid predictability.
Sample Schedules
Pre-written schedules of equations you can use for teaching you baby the simple and clear realities of addition, subtraction, multiplication (repeated addition), and division (reversed multiplication).
Stage 1 - Introduction to the reality of quantity, introduction to the concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Schedule Outline This can give you an idea of the schedule involved for teaching your baby with the Doman mathematics method.
Week 6: Subtraction with numbers one - fifty five (incomplete - coming soon)
Stage 2
Week 13: Multiple-step (four or more) equations with multiple functions (i.e. 6x2+3÷5) (coming soon)
